Salford Foyer

This project involved the installation of single-ply waterproofing systems to six individual roof areas as part of a newly constructed council-funded residential development in Salford. The scheme consisted of self-contained housing units delivered to provide safe, high-quality accommodation.

ALB Applied Waterproofing prepared the roof decks using SAS primers prior to the installation of the single-ply waterproofing system. The works also included the installation of associated drainage systems to ensure effective water management across each roof area.

The project required careful coordination to meet programme requirements while delivering a durable and compliant waterproofing solution. The completed works provided long-term protection and contributed to the overall quality and performance of the new residential development.
